The Company

DSP / Double Scorpio Productions was formed in 1998 - the name grew from a suggestion by Terence Stamp and currently has a slate of feature films in the mid-budget range.

The principal purpose of DSP is the development and production of distinctive feature films with commercial potential. Our main focus is to make films with a British cultural and talent base while also sharing expertise and experience by co-producing films with other companies and other countries such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

DSP has optioned a number of novels and has also worked with writers on original scripts. Since inception the company has built up a reputation for developing interesting stories and has been awarded funding from the UK industry as well as from Sources2 in Germany. Over the next four years DSP plans to produce three feature films with funding from the UK/Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and UK based film industry partners.
